t-shirt number 6 !!!

My final t-shirt !!!! :D
I am so happy with my final outcome, even though I did not have time to complete all the parrot heads for the Pop art effect. Orginally there were four parrot heads, but I am soo happy with this end result.

t-shirt number 5 !!!

Now on these images that you see are the final embroidered parrot heads.

These took me forever to complete.

I used the technique split stitch as I used on my sample on the previous entry.

t-shirt number 4!!!

Here I have sewn in the outline with red thread

using the same technique, split stitch.

I am happy with this outcome, because it has given me the 3 dimensional effect that I was looking for.

This sample I used for my final design.

t-shirt number 3!!!

(sorry guys you cannot see all the pictures my stupid computer has deleted them :()

I will try explain the best I can, basically I had red, yellow and blue shoelaces sewn on, using the same method at picture number one, anyway so after that what I did was I got a template and put it over the shoelaces.

The picture you see to your left is a sample and what I did is I put the template over the shoelaces and then I embroidered around the outside using a method called split stitch.

On my next entry you will see what split stitch is and how my sample turned out.

t-shirt number 2!!!

OOPSSSS!!!!

something went wrong...

For this image I had used the industrial machine, using straight stitch.

There you see that I have sewn in the back of the t-shirt.

Because what I had to do was I had the interfacing fabric underneath, so the back the t-shirt would not get caught.

t-shirt number1!!!

The image you see above is the laces sewn on with straight stitch, for this I used an industrial machine.

Okaii so you have seen the inspiration of my Hugo Boss T-shirt (competition) AS IF me designing for Hugo Boss you got to be kidding me!!!

Anyway Im starting with my login process of my t-shirt.

Im going to explain to you what is happening with the login process of my t-shirt design and how I made this t-shirt.

The image that you see above shows the end process of shredding the shoelaces and dyeing the laces and sewn on to the t-shirt.

For this technique I firstly shredded shoelaces, which i dyed in red, yellow and blue ink, because for some none known reason fabric dye would not work :/.

So after shredding the shoelaces, I put interfacing under the t-shirt fabric, to make the fabric stiff. So after that I layered out the shoelaces and I straight stitched the laces on to give the feathered effect that I wanted.

Bold Bright Rubix Cubeee

Helloo Everyone :)
Ok this entry is a bit random but I find rubix cubes so cool
I found these images whilst researching plastic and Pop Art.

Pop Art was an inspiration for my Hugo Boss t-shirt design (competition entry) on my last brief.
I love using bright, bold, flamboyant colours in my work and I wanted my t-shirt design to stand out and reflect the Pop art look.

Get your shades out it's summer!!

Hellooo...

Another entry :)

On this entry I want to talk about summer, because it's a good time and everybody's going away to somewhere hot to get a tan and have a good holiday.

So I was looking at Wacky Shades, I found these images whilst looking through the internet for something interesting to put on my blog. Take a look and comment.
The two images above are a complete contrast. The top image reflect the heat of the sun, melting the plastic and the bottom image reflects summer colours and once again pop art.

This is another image I took whilst in Zara Men.
The reason for this entry is because I love fashion, this image in particular is a good casual look for men. This reminds me of something that Enrique (pop singer) would wear.

Different Trends

Here is jamess >>>> looking cool with a shirt that he found in Zara Men.

One of my favorite hobbies in life is shopping...

I love it.

Whilst shopping with my friends I look at different trends. You know whats in fashion now!!!

so whilst shopping with my mate James I took a few pictures.

The image you see above is the shop Zara Men.
There seem to be alot of checked shirts around teamed with jeans. The checks came in various sizes.
